Cosmik Agency OÜ provides event production, strategic consulting, and marketing services for businesses, primarily in the Web3 space. The specific details of each project, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, are outlined in individual client contracts or proposals.

3. Payments & Fees‍

• All services require a signed agreement and payment as outlined in the contract.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services.
• Late payments may incur interest at 10% per month on overdue invoices.
• All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy‍

• Clients may cancel projects before work begins, subject to a non-refundable deposit.
• Once work has started, refunds are not available.
• If Cosmik Agency OÜ cancels the project, a proportional refund will be provided based on completed work.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for project execution.
• Respond to communication within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
• Ensure any materials they provide (logos, content, etc.) do not infringe third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property‍

• All work delivered remains the property of Cosmik Agency OÜ until full payment is received.
• After full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client, except where third-party assets (e.g., software, stock images) are involved.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results beyond the agreed scope.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their event or marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection‍

• We respect client confidentiality and do not disclose sensitive project details without permission.
• Personal data collected through our website or during projects is handled per EU GDPR and Estonian data protection laws.

9. Force Majeure
Cosmik Agency OÜ is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or regulatory changes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution‍

• These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
• Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in Estonian courts or via arbitration.
